Trevor Anderson, CSCS (T.A.) is the Owner and Founder of Better Every Day®. He is a renowned Performance Educator, and a Multi-Sport Performance Expert. T.A. coaches and mentors the youth, and educates other teachers and trainers. His experiences as a professional athlete, and as a performance trainer and educator for professionals and amateurs in various sports, have shaped his career with practical and applied experience. He has trained Super Bowl Champions, Heisman Trophy winners, NBA All-Stars, MLB All-Stars, World #1 Golfers, and many of the best athletes in the world. T.A. also writes new training curriculum, conducts educational certifications, and delivers functional movement and performance presentations for TRX, SPRI, and Under Armour, among others.
T.A. is an Under Armour MASTER TRAINER, creator of GOLFleticism®, and is trusted by golf professionals worldwide, including world famous golf instructor David Leadbetter as a consultant and Performance expert for his Leadbetter Golf Academies, AND has been featured in two Leadbetter golf books . Tony, (Coach TP) is originally from Tacoma Park, MD, where He excelled in multiple sports in high school, and earned a football scholarship to Coastal Carolina University, where he played safety for four years, graduating w/ a degree in Sports Management. Tony brings nearly 10 years of experience, improving the performance of a unique variety of athletes. his dynamic method of Strength & Conditioning translates directly from the weight room to the sport specific activities of each athlete. Tony works with NFL Super Bowl Champions, Paralympic Gold Medalists, PGA Tour Players, Professional Lacrosse League (PLL) players, General Population, and athletes of all ages and all sports. He prides himself on giving 110%, and expects the same from his clients.

Bryan is an Ivy League student athlete at Columbia university in New York City, studying architecture and playing for the Columbia lions football team as a defensive back. he has been a part of the BETTER EVERY DAY program ever since he started in sports as a youth, and has excelled as a student athlete, on and off the field. he graduated from dr. phillips high school in 2019, where as one of the captains of the football team, he helped lead his panther team to a 2017 8a state championship. he has trained with NFL and college players at BETTER EVERY DAY since he entered high school, and that exposure has paid off for him, earning a scholarship to Columbia university. in addition to the incredible football player that he is on the field, he has learned a tremendous deal about coaching, fitness, and performance in the process. his passion is to help educate, motivate, and lead young athletes by example. his energetic and enthusiastic approach to challenging every young athlete in the group, physically and mentally, make him a valuable and beloved asset to the team at BETTER EVERY DAY whenever he is home from school.

basketball player development
Coach T.J. ("mr. cerebral") is from Jacksonville, FL, and was one of the best Florida High School basketball players ever. He was a McDonald's All-American nominee in high school, and only the 4th player in the history of Jacksonville to score over 2,000 points and have 1,000 assists. He earned a scholarship to The University of Virginia, where he set an ACC record for most assists by a freshman in a single game with 12 assists against Wake Forest. He transferred to Liberty University for his senior season and finished #2 in the nation in assists. Following his college career, T.J. worked out with the Pacers, 76ers, Lakers, and Bucks of the NBA, then went on to play in Germany, Slovakia, China, Lebanon, Israel, and Qatar over his 12 year professional basketball career.
T.J. is known as "mr. cerebral" for his mental approach to the game of basketball. He teaches physical basketball skills that go well beyond the physical nature of the game, and taps into each athlete's mindset. "It doesn't matter what sport you play, you have to have a brain for the game - That's what separates you from other players." T.J. trains all ages, boys and girls, and all levels, from beginners to the NBA.
